Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

The role emphasizes being a top selling Team Member with a flexible schedule to meet business needs, maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and upholding store policies and procedures.

Job description

The Team Leader is responsible for supporting Store leadership, delivering Legendary Service, coaching Team Members, and owning assigned sales-floor presentation areas. Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members and have clear ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.
