Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varying shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Own Clothing Department recovery and signing.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and assist customers loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain required licenses or certifications as needed.
