Job summary

The Team Leader at Tractor Supply Company is responsible for supporting Store leadership, delivering Legendary Service, coaching Team Members, and owning assigned sales-floor presentation areas. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
