Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Kentucky Hebron warehouse. You will supervise a 3rd shift team, ensure productivity, and drive safe, efficient operations with power equipment and coordination of labor resources.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a meaningful work level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 3rd shift; Tuesday-Friday, 9:00pm start time.
