Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Back of House Shift Manager to lead the kitchen operations with ownership mindset, focusing on stewardship and daily improvement for both the team and oneself.

This role drives shift performance to ensure the best possible guest experience, with a shift leader coaching, accountability, and a culture of positivity and high performance. Shifts run 5am-4pm or 2pm-close, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• The Back of House Shift Manager is responsible to run the kitchen area of the restaurant, treating it like it is his/her own, with a focus on stewardship and daily improvement for himself/herself as well as the team.
• Shift Leader coaches, Encourages, holds accountability, communicates goals and performance for such goals.
• Must be 18+.

The BOH Shift Manager may be responsible for opening, closing, or working any shifts between such but is ultimately the driver of the shift to ensure the best possible guest experience. A Shift leader coaches, encourages, holds accountabilities, communicates goals and performance in regards to such goals, and helps breed a culture of positivity and high-performance. Scheduled shifts are between the hours of 5am-4pm or 2pm-close Monday-Saturday. Must be 18+. Wage will be adjusted for limited availability.
