Job summary

ResultsCX in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the Application Integration team, guiding day-to-day development, maintenance, testing and deployment of solutions that integrate internal and third-party systems using T-SQL, Web Services, APIs, or internal data services.

You will work with Directors and architects to ensure quality, stability and performance, drive process improvements, mentor engineers and coordinate cross-group efforts across the Enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years with MS SQL Server, T-SQL and performance analysis.
• 4+ years in C# development and/or SQL.
• 4-6 years in API / Web Service integration.
• Experience using JSON/XML.
• Experience extracting data from sources (FTP/SFTP, SharePoint, email).
• Knowledge of integrating with call center APIs (Ivanti/Avaya/Genesys/InContact/Altitude) is a bonus.
• AWS Cloud experience is a bonus.
• BPO Operations or Workforce Management experience is a plus.

Lead Software Engineer

Full Location: Bengaluru - IN

Our Lead Software Engineer will work on Application Integration team. This team is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of solutions to integrate internal and third party and enterprise applications by using T-SQL, Web Services, APIs, or internal systems, DWH.

In This Role You Will

• Oversee company standards, and work to ensure quality, stability, usability, and performance or all Enterprise Application integration.
• Proactively identify system and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Application organization which create efficiencies and value and addresses quality concerns of the organization.
• Coordinate with other managers, Directors, architects and Enterprise Applications leadership as needed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• 7+ years of work experience in MS SQL Server and expertise in T-SQL and MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance analysis.
• 4+ years’ experience on development team C# development and/or SQL.
• 4-6 years of work experience in API/Web Service Integration.
• Experience using JSON/XML
• Experience extracting data through coded solutions from different data sources such as FTP/SFTP, MS SharePoint, email, etc.
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
• **Experience integrating with call Center applications via APIs, specifically Ivanti (ITSM), Avaya CMS, Genesys Customer Interaction Center (CIC), InContact and/or Altitude would be a bonus.
• **Experience with AWS Cloud would be a bonus.
• **Experience in BPO Operations or Workforce Management would be a plus.
