Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc is seeking a Workforce Specialist and peer leader to strengthen team effectiveness, deliver coaching on the spot, and drive member development. You will organize service projects, model best practices, and support a diverse team.

You will lead weekly team meetings, serve as a communication bridge among members, program staff, and site supervisors, and provide guidance in alignment with organizational values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish or Creole is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly team meetings and member development/reflection activities.
• Organize and facilitate team service projects.
• Model service practices and provide on-the-spot assistance and training.
• Serve as a communication bridge between members, program staff, and site supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
