Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in assessing work experience, educational attainment, transferable skills, needs, readiness for employment, and barriers.
• Strong counseling and coaching skills are required.
• Computer literate with excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide career navigation, coaching, and stabilization services to support educational and employment goals.
• Deliver holistic, strengths-based short-term case management using a whole-family approach.
• Conduct comprehensive strength assessments to identify barriers across life domains.
• Develop individualized goals and action plans with progress monitoring.
• Meet with participants weekly or bi-weekly, in person or virtually.
• Engage parents and caregivers, providing ongoing referrals and connections to services.
