Qualifications

• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge/experience with RF scanner advanced required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for optimal efficiency of operations.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team operations.
• Inspire and guide team members to improve KPI performance.
• Provide orientation and needed tools for employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork and reports; propose actions to improve operations.

• Hourly Pay $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with every other Saturday for OT as required

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
• Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
• Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
