Qualifications

• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Team Lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner knowledge or experience required.
• Valid forklift operator's license/ certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work to optimize shift logistics.
• Inspire team members toward KPI improvements using appropriate leadership styles.
• Orient employees and provide necessary information, tools and training.
• Promote healthy and safe warehouse practices.
• Handle daily warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose action plans to boost operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $23.69 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.50 per hour when assigned to third shift
• Schedule: Third Shift (D) Thursday-Saturday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, every other Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
• Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
• Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
