Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in P&C insurance business.
• Relevant experience in Commercial P&C Insurance and Multinational programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides clear day-to-day direction to staff.
• Oversees development, training, and cross training of employees.
• Establishes unit and individual goals in concert with Operations Leadership.
• Accountable for adherence to established workflows and internal procedures.
• Maintains open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
