Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: None required.
• Must be physically able to evacuate individuals and apply behavior management techniques as directed by Life Plan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individuals served while performing work duties and ensure contract quality.
• Follow individual teaching plans and behavior programs as specified in Life Plan.
• Provide or arrange transportation for the work crew as needed.
• Conduct classes for job readiness, safety, and skill development.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete required paperwork timely.
