Job summary

Follett Higher Education seeks a Team Lead to work with the Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales and profits.

You will assist Team Members with completing daily tasks, provide ongoing training, and serve as the leader on duty, handling customer and staff concerns.

This role requires good communication, a willingness to work evenings or weekends, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on duty and respond to customer and team member concerns.
• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs and drive sales.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety of store personnel and property.
