Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Team Lead to work closely with Department Managers to receive, price, and stock merchandise, driving sales and profits. You will guide Team Members, ensure training, and act as the on-duty leader in the Store Manager's absence, while maintaining store safety and operations.

The role involves supervising tasks, responding to issues, and helping open/close the store with a focus on customer service and compliance training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty, respond to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store.
• Ensure all team members receive training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
