Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Store Associate to assist with receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales. You will help Train team members and serve as the leader on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and basic computer use for emails and documents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store and ensure proper training and education.
• Act as leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, and handle opening/closing duties and store safety.
