This is an exciting opportunity to join the Retirement Distribution Operations team, which promotes client loyalty by providing the highest quality subject matter expertise and service quality. Retirement Distribution Operations provides level 3 support and expertise on complex product and service questions for Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and Qualified Retirement Plans. We provide expertise on IRA and Small Business Retirement Plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, I401(K), Defined Benefit), assist with QRP Amend & Restate questions, process tax withholding election forms and retirement account distributions. The work performed is detailed and needs to be communicated in a clear and effective manner as clients can make decisions based on the information given.
As a Team Lead in Retirement Distribution Operations, you will assist with management, leadership and administrative activities including but not limited to, coaching, and developing peers, providing cashiering and other necessary approvals to meet client needs and fielding escalations on a variety of topics relating to the complex Retirement product subjects we support. This role requires the ability to act quickly in a high-risk and complex subject matter environment, answering inbound phone calls or processing client requests while mitigating risk to the firm. Individuals should be able to work collaboratively, cooperatively, and effectively with others in a fast-paced environment and be able to assess and resolve client issues at a moment’s notice.
