Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in the United States. You will help shape shopping experiences by building displays, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support store leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates. No prior experience required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth and additional hours upon request.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Able to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
