Southcoast Health in Fall River, MA is seeking a Team Lead for Rehabilitation Services. The role provides direction to staff and drives goals of the Rehabilitation program, ensuring safe and efficient patient care across disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a rehab degree (PT/OT/SLP/Audiology) with at least five years of experience, MA license, CPR, and alignment with our commitment to community health. 40-hour day shift with on-call rotation weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in a rehab discipline (PT, OT, SLP or Audiology).
• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Current Massachusetts license in the rehab field.
• CPR certification required.
• Vaccination against seasonal flu and COVID-19 or approved exemption with signed statement.

• Lead and supervise staff to meet department objectives and goals.

Hours:40hrs

Shift:Day shift with remote on call rotation for weekends and holidays; shift varies

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under the direction of the Manager, Rehabilitation Services or Designee, perform diversified duties both within the Rehabilitation team and in support of the Rehabilitation Program. Provide direction to assigned staff to meet department objectives and responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of goals for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with Manager. Coordinate daily department workflow with all team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing.

• A Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in a Rehab discipline such as PT, OT, SLP or Audiology is required.


• A minimum of five years of related work experience is required.


• Basic working knowledge of the use of a PC required.


• CPR certification required.


• Current Massachusetts License in the individual area of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology.



• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.




• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
