Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal positions in the Product Sales & Services team. Starting wage ranges from $22.00/hr to $26.88/hr, with full-time hours available and housing options.

Join a team delivering resort attractions and services, using the POS system, handling discounts and payments, and assisting guests with high-quality service in a mountain environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or ticket sales preferred.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and facilitate the sale of resort attractions and services including fulfillment and delivery.
• Utilize POS system to create or update customer profiles, process discounts and payments, manage exchanges and returns, provide change and receipts.
• Complete POS audits daily and at end of shift.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person with travel partners, properties, tour operations corporate visitors, guests, and other groups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on resort products, policies and operations to meet guest needs, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience working in customer service or ticket sales preferred
• Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability tolift upto 25lbs

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
