Job summary

LP Analyst in Dallas seeks a proactive Team Lead to oversee a functional portfolio monitoring team. You will guiding day-to-day execution, drive process efficiency, and coach team members to deliver high-quality client deliverables.

You will partner with senior management to align activities with firm goals, improve workflows, and support growth in a fast-paced private asset analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• 2-5 years of experience in operational management or team leadership roles.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High self-motivation with the ability to learn quickly and take on increased leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small-to-medium team focused on a specific function, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee operations of the function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize team productivity.
• Identify and address skills gaps within the team through coaching and training.
• Coordinate with functional leads and senior management on performance and escalation as needed.
