Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Team Lead Prescriber Administrative Assistant to support clinicians and patients in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

In this role you will answer calls, coordinate care, assist with prior authorizations, and lead onboarding for PMAAs while upholding HIPAA and high standards of quality and professionalism across clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Patient, empathetic, adaptable and flexible.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and basic computer skills.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide accurate information to clients.
• Guide clients through telehealth troubleshooting.
• Call insurance for prior authorizations and copays.
• Assist providers with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate care between clients and providers.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Prepare client files for providers and maintain records.
• Lead training sessions for PMAAs and mentorship.
• Manage medication logbook and prescription monitoring downloads.
• Support therapists and psychiatric providers with waitlists.
• Ensure professional appearance and dress code.
