Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls professionally and manage voicemails.
• Assist patients with telehealth tech and portals troubleshooting.
• Process medication prior authorizations.
• Support providers with administrative tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain patient scheduling and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Document accurately in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
