You will handle calls, schedule appointments, assist with prior authorizations, and coordinate between patients and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Familiarity with EMR and basic clinical terminology preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality required.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or in medical office/call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and respond to voicemails; schedule appointments and provide information.
• Guide patients through troubleshooting for telehealth apps and portals.
• Process medication prior authorizations and support providers with admin tasks.
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and paperwork for providers.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers and collect insurance updates.
