Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Team Lead Prescriber Administrative Assistant to support clinical staff and clients. You will handle calls, coordinate scheduling, and assist with medication-related administration, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with Google Drive and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide accurate, satisfactory information to clients.
• Guide clients through telehealth appointment troubleshooting and scheduling.
• Call insurance for prior authorizations and copay information.
• Assist providers with administrative tasks and maintain client files.
• Coordinate care between clients and providers and schedule appointments.
• Submit prescriptions to pharmacies and support medication prior authorizations.
• Lead training and mentoring for new PMAAs and support onboarding.
