Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Polish Machining Team Lead in Raynham, Massachusetts. The role oversees a cell performing a range of machining and assembly operations for medical devices, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met.

You will drive production efficiency, coordinate with supervisors, and apply GMP/ISO practices while mentoring operators on process improvements and equipment use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and adhere to specific procedures according to the department training plan.
• Ability to read, comprehend and apply documentation such as safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base.
• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Operates diverse types of equipment used to manufacture various types of Medical Devices in accordance with processes and quality requirements.
• Completes tasks using technology systems such as PLM, MES, Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
• Performs machining, assembly or packaging tasks as required by the cell and product.
• Inspects finished and in-process products for dimensional and cosmetic attributes per specifications.
• Monitors and maintains process safety practices and adheres to EHS/S policies.
