Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Engineering Technician III to support manufacturing operations in Raynham, MA. The role focuses on developing machining processes for new products, improving methods, reducing costs, and boosting efficiencies.

You will work hands-on on the shop floor with production teams and cross-functional partners to deliver improvements. Responsibilities include creating CNC programs for multi-axis machining, applying CAM tools, designing fixtures, interpreting GD&T, and

Qualifications

• High school degree with CNC program creation experience.
• Experience developing CNC programs for complex geometries.
• Regulated industry or Medical Device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete CNC programs for complex multi-axis milling and lathe applications.
• Utilize CAM software such as Unigraphics (preferred), SolidCAM, or Mastercam.
• Drive production process design, tooling strategy, and machining optimization.
• Support fixture design, GD&T interpretation, and troubleshooting of complex machining processes.
• Support development and optimization of CNC/NC machining processes and improvements.
• Spend significant time on the production/shop floor with cross-functional teams.
