Job summary

You will mentor, design requirements, and act as SME for Membership, Enrollment, and Billing, driving cross-functional solution decisions and roadmap execution. The role blends leadership with hands-on analysis, supporting legacy-to-modern migrations, SQL data validation, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 8 years of healthcare payer experience with Membership, Enrollment, and Billing expertise.
• Experience leading BSA teams and JAD sessions.
• Experience modernizing legacy/mainframe enrollment systems.
• Strong executive communication skills and decision-making ability.
• Ability to write and validate SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience working with third-party vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and mentorship to a team of BSAs.
• Lead JAD sessions and cross-functional solution discussions.
• Serve as SME for Membership, Enrollment, and Billing functions.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, budget alignment, and roadmap execution.
• Guide modernization efforts transitioning from legacy systems to contemporary enrollment platforms.
• Evaluate technical and business solution options and provide recommendations.
• Ensure collaboration across business stakeholders, technical teams, and data engineering partners.
• Remain hands-on in requirements gathering, solution design, and issue resolution.
