Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, engineering prints, and manuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication with team members and other departments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborative attitude to work across functional boundaries.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or related environment preferred.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and assignments to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Oversee onboarding and training while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to maintain efficient operations.
• Identify safety, quality, and process issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Eng., Planning, and Materials teams.
• Maintain and improve standard work to boost productivity and quality.
• Lead team meetings, reviews, and feedback to promote transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives in daily work.
• Champion 6S and sustain organized workspaces.
• Contribute as a key member of the manufacturing production team.
