Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Team Leader in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead warehouse floor activities, verify product, and coordinate labor to maintain productivity during 2nd shift (2pm-2am). The role requires supervisory experience and hands-on operation of reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at job-related level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour.
• 3x 12 hour shifts. 2pm-2am Sun-Tue or Wed-Fri
