Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Eligibility for LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team: supervise, support, and coach team members.
• Guide clinical care: oversee IATP and on-site mental health and substance use services.
• Coordinate programs across four locations to promote housing stability.
• Drive quality and collaboration: ensure compliant documentation and monitor outcomes.
