Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL, is seeking a Program Manager, Community Support, to provide leadership and supervision for Community Support Specialists and Recovery Support Specialists serving Macon County. You will ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered services and support staff development and program compliance with CCBHC standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Support Specialists and Recovery Support Specialists.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, staffing, scheduling, and caseloads.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train program staff.
• Monitor services for recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Track program outcomes, productivity, and quality measures; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, case managers, and other team members.
• Build partnerships with community resources and agencies in Macon County.
• Provide guidance and support during crisis situations and complex client cases.
• Promote peer support and lived-experience perspectives across services.
