Job summary

Maker's Pride in McComb, OH seeks a production lead to guide and train employees, coordinating quality checks on the assigned line. The role involves supervising 12-40 staff, directing shift operations, and ensuring safety and productivity.

Qualifications

Hours of Operation:

Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3)

A/B Crew: 6:00AM to 6:00PM

C Crew: 6:00PM to 6:00AM
