Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide and train production staff on the assigned line and coordinate quality checks.

You will supervise 12-40 employees, ensure safety and adherence to quality standards, and manage production documentation to support efficient manufacturing in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Hours of Operation

• A/B Crew: 6:00AM to 6:00PM
• C Crew: 6 :00PM to 6:00AM

Job Summary
