Job summary

Security Properties is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to guide and train production employees, coordinating quality checks on the assigned line. You will lead a team of 12–40, assign operations, and ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.On-site work with shift patterns and overtime expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends

3rd Shift:

9:00PM to 6:00AM

Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3)

C/D Crew:

6:00PM to 6:00AM

Job Summary

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line.
