• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversees court monitors and cashiers, ensuring staff watch zones and manage breaks.
• Maintains guest safety on jumping surfaces and enforces rules during incidents.
• Performs daily safety checks, inspects equipment, and handles basic cleaning.
• Coordinates with management to respond to guest issues or injuries.
• Allocates daily/weekly tasks based on team strengths and capacity.
• Provides hands-on guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
