Responsibilities

• Room Setup & Decor: Prepare the private party room with tableware and assist with decorations.
• Event Coordination: Greet the group, check-in guests and waivers, and keep the schedule.
• Activity & VIP Support: Coordinate movement across attractions and recognize the birthday child.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve pizza, popcorn, ice cream, drinks, and cake.
• Group Management: Instruct and manage kids and adults in a loud environment.
• Parent Support: Provide a relaxed, structured experience for parents.
• Clean-Up: Handle post-party cleanup.

Role Summary

As a Team Lead Party Host Sky Zone Trampoline Park, you’ll acts as the main point of contact for birthday parties and group events, making sure the guest of honor and their visitors have an exciting, stress-free experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to checking-in party guests, setting up decorations, serving guests, clean-up after every party, making party pizza, washing party related dishes, and may occasionally be asked to help with other tasks as needed to keep our park running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has great time management and communication skills, and works diligently with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Setup & Decor: Prepares the private party room with tableware (plates, cups, napkins, and utensils) and assists with setting up cakes or provided decorations.


• Event Coordination: Greets the group upon arrival, helps guide guests through check-in and waivers, and keeps the party schedule running smoothly.


• Activity & VIP Support: Coordinates group movement across the park's attractions (such as trampolines, dodgeball, or other attractions) and provides special recognition for the birthday child (like line-jumping privileges or shout-outs).


• Food & Beverage Service: Serves pizza, popcorn, icecream, drinks, and cake to the guests during the designated party room time.


• Group Management: Communicate clear instructions, project your voice in a loud environment, and keep children and adults organized on and off the courts.


• Parent Support: Provide a relaxed, structured experience so parents do not have to manage the schedule.


• Clean-Up: Handles all the post-party cleanup so families don't have to worry about the mess

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Reliable transportation to and from the park.


• Primary shifts include weekends, holidays, and evening/night hours when birthday parties and events peak.


• Ability to communicate well and build rapport with both children and adults/parents.


• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, upbeat attitude.


• Ability to project your voice clearly in a loud, high-energy trampoline park environment.


• Strong attention to detail for managing party room setups, food and beverage service, and clean-up schedules.


• Ability to manage groups of kids, guide them through activities, and help enforce safety rules.


• Problem-solving skills to handle busy crowds or difficult situations diplomatically.


• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work well as a team player with court monitors and crew members.


• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Salary

$10-$14/hr based on experience/work performance.
