Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or similar fast-paced service environments.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members as business grows.

• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to delegate tasks and promote consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant following procedures.
• Place food orders and conduct inventory as needed.
• Handle cash and assist with POS operations.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues on shift.
• Ensure standards are executed and guests receive timely service.
