Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to support daily site operations in a fast, fun, team-oriented environment. You will help run the car wash and lead teammates while delivering great guest service.

Starting pay is 16.00 USD per hour with the opportunity for weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and room to advance into management. Candidates must be 18+, pass a drug screen and background check, and be able to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
