Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Team Lead, SEO & GEO to steer the global Organic Discovery program across its brands. You will lead a team of SEO/GEO specialists, translate global strategy into scalable roadmaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Marketing to drive non-brand organic growth.

You will shape strategy, coach teams, and influence senior stakeholders while prioritizing high-impact opportunities across international markets and AI-enabled discovery experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth.
• Experience leading SEO or Organic Growth teams.
• Broad SEO expertise spanning technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, authority, international SEO, and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of how AI-powered search and GEO/AEO principles are changing organic discovery.
• Experience developing strategies and roadmaps across multiple markets, brands, or business units.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams, translate organic growth opportunities into clear requirements, and influence prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using SEO/analytics tools.
• Able to communicate priorities and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• High ownership and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO/GEO specialists with clear priorities.
• Define and execute global SEO & GEO strategy across brands and markets.
• Identify opportunities to grow non-brand organic demand across traditional and AI-driven discovery.
• Collaborate with local Marketing teams while building scalable global standards.
• Oversee technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, and data signals.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements for Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Develop scalable content governance for recipes, editorial, and high-value surfaces.
• Advance GEO strategy across AI-powered discovery experiences.
• Use data to diagnose performance, prioritize investments, and measure impact.
• Communicate performance, opportunities, risks to senior stakeholders.
• Create frameworks enabling markets to move quickly while maintaining quality.
