Job summary

Sendoso is hiring a Team Lead for the Sending Fulfillment Center in Phoenix. This is a hands-on leadership role on the warehouse floor, collaborating with associates and the Area Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and safely.

You will drive inventory accuracy, coach staff, and lead lean improvements while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture. The shift operates early mornings with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with conflict resolution and feedback.
• Experience with lean process improvement in warehousing.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and basic math.
• Ability to operate WMS/ERP and perform inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the Floor: delegate tasks, lead shift huddles, assist with floor production.
• Drive Inventory & Operational Accuracy: oversee receiving, staging, and shipping with regular audits.
• Train & Coach: mentor and cross-train associates on SOPs and give performance feedback.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: enforce a safety-first culture and maintain an audit-ready environment.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and apply lean principles to daily throughput.
