Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Texas to help manage daily site operations and lead a small team. The role offers competitive pay with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

You will provide friendly service, assist in opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the tunnel, and help maintain equipment and the facility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
