Groupe Dynamite in Omaha, NE is seeking a Team Lead to drive store performance and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will promote customer relationships, supervise daily store operations, and help maintain brand presentation while supporting inventory accuracy and eCom fulfillment.

You will contribute to sales growth through engaged service, effective replenishment, and collaboration with management to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of team-lead experience in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
