Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s Garage brand is seeking a Team Lead who will promote a positive shopping experience, manage daily store operations, and help optimize inventory and eCommerce fulfillment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships across our North American stores.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build relationships with customers.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Support sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with shipment processing and eCom order fulfillment.
• Be an integral part of store success.
