Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to service.
• Social media skills and mobile devices familiarity are assets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build relationships with customers.
• Oversee daily store operations and assist with inventory management.
• Support shipment processing, floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and merchandising directives.
