Qualifications

• Associates degree in rehabilitation, business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience supporting people with disabilities.
• ACRE certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team of employment training professionals and specialists.
• Develops and maintains employer relationships in the community.
• Ensures accurate billing information for Pre-ET services.
• Coordinates scheduling, PTO, and call-offs with the program manager.
• Calls on prospects to promote the Skills Employment Services program.
• Oversees daily department operations in the absence of the program manager.
