Job summary

Quality Employment Services and Training, Inc. (Quest, Inc) seeks an experienced supervisor to lead Employment Specialists, assess skills, and develop opportunities with local businesses.

You will oversee on-site training, coordinate participant programs, and ensure services align with strengths and abilities. This role requires strong community partnerships, reporting skills, and the ability to foster community integration for people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required; degrees preferred.
• 3–5 years in Employment Services; supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to produce reports.
• Must obtain Certified Investigator for Incident Management.
• Must pass clearances (Child Abuse, FBI, Criminal Record).
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable car; Lebanon area knowledge.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position performs duties under the Executive Director. This person Is the supervisor of Employment Specialists, who are responsible for assessing employment skills, developing employment opportunities with local businesses, providing on-site job training in various environments, and providing follow-up services for persons with disabilities. This position collaborates with community stakeholders and businesses to develop opportunities for community integrated employment and educating the community in the capabilities and strengths of the people we serve. This position is responsible for building community and business partnerships to ensure a variety of participant opportunities that align with participant strengths, interests, and abilities. Overseeing schedules to ensure the employment specialists are assigned with full schedules and that all participant authorizations are provided.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required, Bachelors or Associates or 60 credits preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Employment Services or similar field required. Supervisor experience preferred. Computer Skills: Certifications & Licenses: Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic computer skills to access and produce reports from software and complete business and community research. Ability to create resumes. Other Requirements: Must become a Certified Investigator for Incident Management.

Must pass all clearances Including Child Abuse, FBI, and Criminal Record Check. Must possess a valid PA Drivers License and have a reliable car to assist in transporting of individuals supported in our programs. Knowledge of Lebanon and surrounding business community.
