Job summary

Caring Transitions of Euless is seeking a Team Lead to supervise packing, sorting, and organizing while guiding staff through downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. The position offers daytime hours on weekdays and Saturdays with 3–4 days per week.

The ideal candidate will lead projects, assess item values, and ensure safe handling. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and work well with older adults.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to work compassionately with older adults.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling/timekeeping/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or sale.
• Research items to determine fair market value.
• Safely pack and unpack belongings.
• Move supplies and boxes within client residences.
• Stage and prepare homes for sale.
• Take pictures of items for auction.
• Interact courteously with clients, their families, and colleagues.
• Lift boxes, décor, and occasional furniture as necessary.
• Manage client projects, communicating effectively with both clients and team members.
• Adapt to varied daily tasks as each project differs.
