Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Must be well organized and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with older adults is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizing and sorting of household items.
• Collaborate with Moving Team Lead for timely packing and unpacking.
• Monitor safety procedures and provide training to team members.
• Represent management when addressing client concerns.
