TEKsystems is seeking a Team Lead Document Processing to oversee a regional team of traveling document processors on a large digitization project across New Orleans-area offices. You will supervise, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure quality scanning while maintaining strict confidentiality.

This on-site contract role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage timelines and travel logistics.

Job Title: Team Lead Document Processing

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Shift: Assigned between 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (location varies based on workload)

Overview

TEKsystems is hiring Team Leads to oversee a regional team of Document Processors as part of a large-scale digitization initiative. This project involves converting physical records into secure digital formats to improve accessibility and efficiency across multiple office locations. This mission is critical, and were looking for driven individuals who take pride in contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of traveling Document Processors
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure consistent scanning quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional office staff
• Monitor progress against project timelines and escalation issues as needed
• Assist with document preparation and scanning as required
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive content

Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel within assigned region is required
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding:
• One-way: 50 miles or 1 hour
• Round-trip: 100 miles or 2 hours
• Reimbursement rate: $0.70 per mile

Qualifications

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
