Team Car Wash in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide daily operations, welcome customers, help them choose wash packages and memberships, and process transactions. You will lead by example on the floor, support wash operations, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Must have valid driver's license; this is a full-time, on-site role with base pay plus commission and cash tips. This position offers advancement into Assistant Manager and Manager roles, with benefits
